Anthony Avvento is the sole creator and developer of Scoopzy Sweets. The island concept, characters, visual direction, environment design, gameplay flow, implementation, and overall creative development were produced specifically for this project.

The characters, logos, branding, and world identity used in Scoopzy Sweets are original creations developed for this project.

No third-party character IP, vehicle IP, branded logos, or assets from other games were used for the character or branding identity of Scoopzy Sweets.

All core visual assets used in Scoopzy Sweets were created by Anthony Avvento / AAVV specifically for this island.
